ADVANCED PROTECTIVE TECHNOLOGY

• More than 5 months after installation we still do not have remote access at most of our locations.  
• Phone calls are not returned when they don't have the answers they need.  
• We were put behind all other customers.  
• Our appointments were postpones over and over again.  

We have no remote access and were told it might be our router.  We offered to purchase a new router, if it would help.  But no return phone call.  The tech that finally came out prior to the router offer (mind you - we have been paying for this system for more than 5 months now) was heard saying that it might be our cable internet provider.  But, we have 3 different cable providers between all 4 locations.  I have asked for my money back, and offered to let them take back all their equipment, The technician that was last there spoke to our employees, saying they didn't know what was wrong or how to fix it.  I realize I used the 'Police and Fire' alarm portion of the system. (thank goodness we never truly needed it)  However, we never received the 'Remote Camera Access' portion of the contract.  The remote access was one of the biggest reasons for using this company.  The second one was that they were a local company, and I like to support our local businesses.  But I feel it only fair for them to return my money for monthly remote access they could not supply, and have them pick up all their equipment.
