I really liked Max when he came. Charged us $50 extra because our washing machine was dirtier than expected and we had no problem with that. What we did have a problem with was when, immediately after he left, the washing machine started making loud banging noises like it was completely out of alignment. He said he’d come back and then completely disappeared. No response to multiple calls or texts. He got our money and bailed, leaving us to find a company that cares about the quality of their work. Max clearly does not. Buyer beware.
