I love this company. We have had multiple home improvement projects in our home over the years, and this was the one I was the most impressed by. Lisa and Josh are amazing. There was great communication (that never happened with contractors before!), everything was done on time, everyone was very kind and professional, and they were as clean as possible. I have the kitchen of my dreams and I couldn't be happier!

From start to finish, Lisa and Josh did an amazing job. I knew the features I wanted in my kitchen, but when Lisa came in with her vision and talent, we ended up with a spectacular, homey, truly "well-dressed" room that fits both the style of our home and my personality. The workmanship is first rate. The workers arrived when they said they would, worked full days, and left my home as clean as possible at the end of the day.

Lisa recommended the update in order to sell our home and picked the floors she felt would be the best. Her choice was perfect and we love the new look of the floors. Josh installed them and arrived promptly both days and worked very professionally and efficiently. He and his son worked together and I felt completely comfortable leaving them to work in the home unattended. I will be using them again.

Well Dressed Home Designs far exceeded my expectations. The owner, Lisa, was very responsive and communicative. We told her the things we liked and didn't like and she put together a vision board for us. She was able to find product that matched our exact taste and style and did it all within budget! This company is very sensitive to the consumer's needs and budget and will do whatever it takes to make it work while giving you their best. Their work is top notch and our condo receives all kinds of great compliments from our guests that stay. Lisa also has access to a wide variety of furniture and fixtures to help complete the finishing touch . She can take your project from start to finish and take the stress off your shoulders or they can do it in parts and let you handle the rest. I know my husband and I appreciate their ability to work within our budget and flexibility with the time line and remodel items.

this was me and my husbdands first home purchase! we had a certain vision of what style we were going for and were reccomended to them. they gave us a realistic consultation of what things could and would cost. they were very very honest with everything. what i loved the most about them is they know thier product. we were able to learn about exactly the quality we we were getting versus company B and C. also Josue was super meticulous about everything so i was comfortable in knowing everuthing was going to turn out the right way. thier prices by far are the best all around! they deal directly with the manufacture so the savings come directly to you!!! love them i love everything about them!!

The colors were nearly identical but I purchased the paint in order to expedite the completion of my projects in order to sell the home. I let Lisa know that I was disappointed that the colors were so close and she responded that she would provide me a gallon or two at no charge if needed. I expressed my appreciation and thought everything was good.
Lisa also offered to sell me light fixtures for the exterior of the home and that she would deliver them within two days. The first lights she suggested and talked me into were not available. She then suggested a different model. I agreed to them and she took payment over the phone. She notified me the following day that the lights would not be available for a week. I told her that this wouldn't work and to please cancel the order. She kept me on the line for 45 minutes trying to salvage the sale.
In the meantime, she was communicating with the painter and let him know that an additional 5 gallons of paint would cost significantly more than the original 10 gallons. He and I both questioned the difference in price and she failed to give a reasonable answer.
Yesterday my painter saw Lisa and asked for the additional two gallons of paint that she said she would provide at no charge. According to the painter, he was expecting it today. This morning nothing had been delivered so I sent Lisa a message asking if it would be available today. She did not respond.
4 hours later I called Lisa. "Hi Lisa! It's Rick. I was calling to check on the paint." Lisa went into a defense of why she would not be providing the paint. I asked her why the change in her promise and she raised her voice and began arguing with me about how I disappointed her. I asked how I had disappointed her and let her know that I was disappointed that she had again promised something that she didn't deliver. I had no obligations to Lisa and yet she continued to argue and raise her voice at me. I had no idea what had caused this temper tantrum of hers but was in shock about the way she was yelling and screaming at me on the phone. I finally told her that I would be relating my experience to the HOA, Angie's List, and the BBB. She yelled that she didn't care and that was the end of our conversation.  
An emotional outburst with no catalyst is entirely unacceptable in a business transaction such as this. Additionally, promising delivery of product and then denying delivery based on an unexplained change of heart makes this a business I'd recommend anybody avoid.
I truly feel like Lisa would promise anything to get a sale but is not willing to deliver when necessary. 

We signed a contract to begin work on 4/23/12. After reviewing the total cost, we decided to exclude some of the work, such as relocating the shower and the toilet. We also decided that the tile they had chosen was too exspensive and decided on a less expensive tile. We were made to understand that they did not perform plumbing and electrical work  but they had people they use all the time.We also purchased a vanity because they "invisioned" that it would fit perfectly in our bathroom. They created a change order, which they felt was an inconvenience and told us that just because we deleted some work does not mean that the total cost would change in any way. They expected completion time was 6-8 weeks. After our initial check of $4,000.00 was cashed, we did not hear from them until we called 4 weeks later. We wanted to pull out from the project at that time but we were told that we signed a contract and that we could not cancel. They appeared the following week and began demolition. They installed tile that we did not ask for; a tile that was more expensive - tile that they "invisioned". When the new vanity was delivered, we realized that it would not fit with our plumbing configuration. They refused to take the vanity back or even exchange it for one that would fit. Keeping the vanity would mean an extra expense of pulling a permit, having a plumber rip away the wall - which we had just painted, and then replacing the wall once the reconfiguration was complete - an expense and time we could not afford. This project was already into over cost on our part.They were 8 weeks overdue with completeing the project. We gave them a deadline and they exceeded that. They were removed from the project before it was finished sighting our dissatisfaction with timely completion of the project and the unwillingness to help resolve the issue regarding the vanity. We were also forced in to paying them the entire amount listed on the change order, although they did not finish the job at our request. The showed up to work on our project a total of 17 days out of 90 plus days, or 1-2 days a week and insist that we were the cause of the delays. They had complete access to our home but are very slow in performing their job; demolition, framing and installing the tile. They stated that we got things from them that we should not have but we reminded them that we did not ask for it and it is no excuse for the timetable being overrun. They do not uderstand customer service nor do they listen to what the client is asking for. It is what they "invision" as to how they see a project and how it will look. They also bully you into spending more that what you have or intended to spend - they make it seem as if cost is a profanic expression and voicing your opinon or expressing dissatisfaction in the way a project is going is insulting to them. We will never, ever use or recommend them for any job.

Counter top was not installed in timely manner as promised.  The seam between the two sections is quite visible and clue/grout is coming out leaving unsightly gaps in granite. The rubber molding, transitioning between the laminate flooring had to be re-done twice and after awhile came up all together.  We called multiple times, leaving multiple messages in voice mail requesting service. There was no response. A letter was sent directly to company and after 8 weeks of no response, we had to hire another company to repair the floor, causing us additional expense.We are still trying to get the counteer top repaired.
The quality of both flooring and counter top. material wise. appears to be good but good customer service should be included in a companies policy.Because of this, we are very dissappointed in this company and  would find it difficult to recommend it.
