I am a realtor. I met the inspector for the inspection for my buyer. They had an accepted offer on a home they were purchasing. I was very impressed from start to finish with Two Firefighters Home Inspectors. The price was reasonable, they Confirmed the appointment - sent a reminder - showed up on time - did a thorough inspection and explained everything to me. I received the full report the same day. Our inspector (Paul) was extremely detailed and thorough. He examined every part of the house we are purchasing. He was very friendly and answered any questions we had. He was very quick to send our report to us the same day. He took many photos and provided them to us to examine and review in the completed report. It gives us a tremendous peace of mind to have so many things inspected that we would never have thought about. Paul even checked all the appliances to make sure they were in correct working order by running them through their cycles. I feel that this was such a wonderful investment. We opted for the wind mitigation inspection as well, since we are in central Florida. Thank you so allowing me to review such an awesome company.

Excellent and professional service. We used this company for our new home inspection. Inspectors were very detailed and spent a lot of time going through our new house with a fine comb. They also got excellent pictures of every angle possible, I'm pretty sure they have drones because some of the pictures were taken from the angles where human cannot reach. Overall, great experience. Emailed us all the updates and final reports. Highly recommend.

Paul did a very thorough and detailed home inspection for us. He kept us informed the entire time and showed us his concerns is person. He was sure to explain the severity of everything and offered recommendation and estimated pricing for repairs needed. Will use and recommend this company for all further home inspections.

Jason is a true professional - very knowledgeable and thorough. He covered every little thing from top to bottom, inside and out. He didn't miss a thing and I felt I was well informed about my house purchase. They also provide Wind Mitigation Inspections. Incredibly impressed with the professionalism of this team. Jason met me on time at the house I was considering buying. He was incredibly thorough and afterwards explained things to me in a way that I would understand and left with me a report that was incredibly detailed and specific the same day. The report included pictures and minute details I am sure I would overlooked had it just been me. His inspection helped me determine that the house I wanted would not have been a good investment. I am actually going to use his service again soon for the next house I am considering. Would highly recommend.

The inspection went very well! Jason was very thorough and took the time to explain improvements we can make to the home. He also provided information even on the minor details. He put in all the time and effort I would expect from an outstanding inspector. The technology he uses allowed him to send the inspection report the same day. The report was just as detailed as when he explained to me face to face all the details on the condition of the home.
The best part of Jason's service was he insisted that I be present for the home inspection. Yes I tried to get out of having to be there since I have a very busy schedule during the day. I am happy I listened to him and went to the inspection because he was able to point out certain things to me right when he found them. It helped me better understand.

Jason was professional and responsive. He explained what the home inspection covered and did not cover. He explained the benefits of getting the 4-point and wind mitigation inspection (for home insurance reasons). He promptly answered my phone calls and texts. He showed up on time for the home inspection, provided a verbal overview while at the property and submitted a home inspection report the same day. We were able to know about maintenance issues as well as constructions defects and how to correct them in order to preserve the value of our home. If we ever need another home inspection we will definitely hire Two Firefighters Home Inspection service again.

Although I do not remember his exact price, I do remember the price was lower than we had expected it to be, so we were very happy about that! This company did a very thorough inspection and provided us with a lot of suggestions and input that would help us as homeowners even for things that were not deal breakers for the closing on this house.
