She doesn't keep up when tenants are complaining. When I mentioned a leak in our bathroom, she told me not to worry about it and other tenants are not complaining about. She wasn't getting the checks out timely, kept pushing back the date from 10 days, 15 days, 20 days... I did not feel like she was putting the effort in and working with me.
