Sunshine Paint & Wash

I have had several contractors tell me they can pressure wash my house, and when they tried, they failed. One day a flyer was handed to me saying that this contractor specialized in painting and house washing. I gave him a call. He contacted me immediately and came to my house to give an estimate. I was mostly concerned with the area where the roof juts off of the end of the house. The area is for roof ventilation and above it are gutters. Lots of black mold. He said he could clean them up nicely, but would have to do the entire house because the cleaned waste water would run down the walls staining the white paint. I was concerned that the washing of the paint would cause flaking, but he assured me it would not. As we walked around the house, he noted that my outdoor rugs on the patio were mildewed, as well as, the fabric on my swing. He pointed out that there was mold also on the driveway. He offered to do it all for $200. He did it all in about 4-5 hours along with an assistant. My house looks GREAT!! Because this is Florida, he recommended it be down every two years. I am sure that I will take him up on that and also recommend his services to my friends and neighbors.
