Got the job done fast, but beware of price gouging. I paid just shy of $2,000 to have a blower fan replaced, $1,200 of which went directly to this company for labor and markup on an already ridiculously inflated part. The actual repair took maybe an hour and a half tops, but was charged for 2.5 hours at $200 an hour as they drove to Maitland and back to get the part then to the shop and back to get more tools. Their cost on the part was $800, and they claim their policy is 45% markup, so they added on an additional $650 to that (if you're doing the math, they actually charged me over an 80% markup). I get that everything is more expensive right now, so I'm not questioning the $800 for a part that should be around $200-$400, but adding in an additional $650 on top of a $200 per hour delivery fee essentially really feels like taking advantage of the situation. I reached out to the owner with my concerns and he told me "...this is the cost of business, we provide a service for profit. I guarantee we are the most affordable contractors in the area." My advice is to get quotes from a few businesses and don't blindly trust companies like this are trying to help you out at all.

Although the service from the technician sent was stellar, charging $180 for a $10 capacitor and 10 min of work, ON TOP of the service call fee of $95 I believe is a rip off.

While troubleshooting, the technician asked me to pay for the service up front, even though he was going to have to finish the job a couple of days later. I wasn't comfortable paying for everything up front, and I asked him to just give me an invoice. I spoke to owner over the phone who agreed to this, but within a few minutes the tech had packed up his stuff and left. They never called or gave me any explanation.

My A/C went out Saturday Evening. First thing Sunday morning I looked on craigslist. Bring a contractor myself I was immediately impressed when Alex answered the phone. I explained what was going on he told me he wpuld be there at 3pm. Alex called me 30 mins prior to confirm. He replaced the capacitor and fixed a chronic leak saving me from having the system vacummed out and refilled which would have cost $160.00 plus. He went through the entire system and answered all my questions. I was in shock at how reasonable the cost. A job that was easily $400.00 plus cost me $240.00. My A/C is freezing and Alex is on speed dial. Thanks Alex awesome job!!!!!

I came home to a hot house.  The inside unit was working, as was my outside unit but NO COLD AIR.  I found  Sun City Heating and Air (Alex)  on Angie's List and called.  He (Alex) answered the phone right away.  I explained the problem and he tried to troubleshoot my unit over the phone.  He then explained the $50 after Hours trip charge, which I was totally fine with.  He then further presented two possible situations which could be wrong with my system in order to keep this transaction as transparent as possible.  He arrived to my house within an hour of calling him.  He was pleasant, professional and thorough.  He informed me of everything he was doing as he did it.  He quickly located the problem and continued checking everything else in order to make sure there were no other issues going on.  He fixed the problem and spent a short time monitoring the unit to ensure it was properly working.  
The air was up and working in 30 minutes.  The price was reasonable.  The service he provides is a bargain compared to my experience start to finish and the amount t I was charged.  
I just moved to Kissimmee and it is comforting to know that now I have an AC Guy whom I trust and like.  I would highly recommend Alex and Sun City \Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone who needs their AC or Heat fixed in a quick, inexpensive and pleasant way.
