Star Door Service is a small, family owned company, run by two brothers with over 30 years of experience. Not only did they come by to fix our garage door the very same day that we called them, but besides replacing our broken torsion springs, they also lubricated our door at no extra charge, replaced an extra small part that I asked them about, for free, gave our door a thorough checkup, and noticed and fixed a small, bent metal piece that was hindering one of our door slider wheels from functioning properly- all at no extra charge. They also took time to answer all of my questions, and to provide valuable tips on maintaining our door. Plus, instead of just assuming our old springs were the correct size, and replacing like with like, Ronnie and Randy took time and measured the actual weight of our garage door, to verify and calculate, without a doubt, the correct torsion spring our particular door needed them to use, so our door can run as intended, without putting undue stress on our door motor. Overall, they are an Amazing, and detailed team that I very highly recommend to anyone needing a garage door repair.
