ROB'S EXPERT TREE SERVICE & STUMP GRINDING

Very well - they returned my initial call within a day. They arrived as scheduled for the estimate, and were able to start within a few days even though it was right after a hurricane. The price was far less than others quoted, and they were flexible when I needed to add a couple other trees to the job. They arrived on time to do the work and were done before I knew it. Very courteous staff who took good care of my fence (they had to remove and replace a panel to get their bobcat in) and vehicles that were close to where they did the work. I would highly recommend.

He partially finished on a Friday late at the end of  the day and requested payment since he has to pay his employees and even thought the work was not totally done (he needed to clean devry from the yard,  grind several stumps, trim some plants, etc) I made the mistake of paying him on the promised that would return the next day to finished the job, "big mistake" to be a trusty person in this case.  He did not come back the next day or any day.
He did not answer my calls and when I called him from a different telephone number he answered and promised he will return to complete the work and he never showed up.   Very unprofessional and not worth of trust. 

Rob, the owner, responded to my call, came the next day and gave an estimate and then the following day took down multiple trees and ground multiple stumps.  One of those trees was the dead tree hanging precariously over the neighbor's screened in pool.
Great service, quality work, very professional.  Definitely would use again and I highly recommend.

Rob's tree arrived at the time specified and worked diligently until the job was completed to our satisfaction.

I was unable to use his services for removing mistletoe from a tree. . During our phone conversation, he said I am in his girlfriend's neighborhood and he will stop by to give me an estimate on the way to see his girl friend. I never heard from him again.

Arrived on time with helpers ready to begin. Took down two large trees and ground both stumps. He actually ground up another stump in close proximity to quoted stump for nothing. Additionally, a large branch from one of the trees had fallen in a neighbors yard behind a fence and he cut it up for me for free to make removal by myself easier. Efficient. Knew what he was doing. Superb clean up...you would have never known he had been here (except for two missing trees and stumps!)

Came over to give an estimate when he said he would, did the job early and did perfect clean up.

The reason you want to USE Rob is because he can handle the job with 22 years experience and he has the light and heavy equipment to do the job. He shows up when he says and finishes the job as described in his estimates. I chose the wrong tree service to take down the trees because there wasn't one on here. But I got them down to the stump at least. Rob can also do your tree work then grind down the stumps when finished if needed or just some tree work. I would have used him to do my tree cutting, but like I said I didn't know of him at that time. Don't mess around with 20 people and estimates like I did, just call Rob and get a fair quote on the job and price and be satisfied. Stay away from those penny place ads and just take my word for it! I will be doing 1/4 acre of new irrigation and sod so I needed this job done correctly. Make that call and save yourself a big headache with others and trying to get them to finish the job.
