I hired him to install bathroom features and the faucet that he installed amongst other things came loose at the first use after he left. I called him back numerous times leaving a message with request for him to come and fix it without success. After a while I filed a complain with BBB and he called me immediately, calling me every profanity name in the book! What an unpleasant individual! The BBB file was settled with an agreement that he'd come and fix it. He never did. Terrible plumber and terrible person.

He did get the work done. It seemed like the right price but, it wasn't cheap. He went ahead and fixed what need to be fixed. He also called me when he found some more work that needed to be done just to make sure he could fix it before he left.
