Chance was awesome! Called right away and set up appointment for an estimate, showed up on time and walked around talking with me about what I wanted done. I just knew that the trees needed trimmed, he talked with me and helped me understand what the options were and once we decided the best course, he provided an estimate. Hired him and scheduled for him to come back. He came back and did what we talked about for the estimated price even though he had to do a little more than expected and he even worked through some rain. He did such a good job that I referred my sister to him the next day! Thank you :-)

Chance, Kim & Chris - They are hard workers, honest, very knowledgeable about all of my trees, plants & flowers. Even gave Me tips on the care for all the above. I will use them again in a heart beat!! Plus, with it being Hurricane time, I know I can count on them to come to my aid, if need be!! I was a little nervous hiring any tree company, you hear so many horror stories about bad experiences! But I have to say, after meeting with Chance, and discussing our project, I felt very comfortable with his knowledge, skills and work ethic. I was not disappointed!!! The crew did an awesome job, didn t try to over sell the project and the clean up was terrific. My live oak is beautiful!! It s off the power lines, my roof and they shaped it so nicely. My husband was very happy with everything. And if we ever need any additional work, I will call them again without any reservation!! Way to go, you now have another customer for life!!

From the beginning, Chance came straight out same day for an estimate for tree work. We walked around and let him know what we wanted trimmed off our HUGE oak tree over the house and a small Oak for donation, other trees we needed cut down in backyard and trimming along fence line. Ending up asking about other type of work and he seemed to be a jack of all trades as far as what we needed such as drainage and backfill and grading type work. He didn't write anything down or take notes. Later, Chance gave me a quote that I believe was unbelievable, so I hired him on the spot upon receiving said quote. Chance and crew came out next available and worked all day for next few days on different projects broken down in order of necessity for that day. Gave good advice and tips. He and the crew worked I believe, well beyond the quoted price given and above our expectations and it was a LOT of work we needed taken care of around the house like drainage relocation, where they even laid some patio bricks back out that we had to move due to drainage issues. We are very satisfied with the speediness and the professionalism. We can start to see our vision for our new home come through. AND Chance remembered everything we ask him to do upon quoting us days before, when work was to begin...remember he did not write anything down or take pictures but remembered exactly what he was supposed to do. Did lots of extra stuff like cut the grass and we didn't even ask for that! Thank you! Wonderful experience and we will hire again for any future projects.

Chance Haas and his helpers trimmed and moved trees and did some minor grading. Chance and Bryan were were extremely courteous, reliable, and cheerful. The price was right; he had the right equipment; and I'm going to hire him again for grading. One of the best sub-contractor experiences I've ever had.

I really don’t have enough space to write what I want to... Chance is awesome - he met me after work and walked my property with my for about 45 mins and gave me an honest assessment about what work needed to be done, but make importantly what didn’t ... Apart from the great work they did - I was truly impressed by the amount of knowledge he has about literally every plant in my yard. I would definitely recommend them - as will hire them again for any work I need to have done...

Everything was great! I inquired about tree trimming service and got an invitation from Ramm Land. I accepted the invitation and then Chance called me within minutes. He came by that day to look at my yard and gave me an incredible offer. I accepted the offer on a Tuesday, and Thursday the work was done. Chance did a great job trimming the trees and shrubs, and taking away all of the debris. It turned out to be a big job, but he got it done in one day. Chance was very professional and a good guy. I will definitely hire him again. I asked if they do pressure washing, and he said yes. So I will be hiring him for that soon. Thanks Chance.

We dealt with Chance Haas, who came and inspected the proposed work site. He was courteous and during this pandemic kept a pretty good distance which is more than we can say for others who came to give us a quote. So that made us happy. After giving us a quote he showed up, double checked the trimming to make sure the trimming he did was the trimming we wanted. He took his time not to mangle trees or damage surrounding fencing and plants. For the price quoted the ROI in this particular job was excellent. We will gladly hire him for the next job.

they can do it all take down trees, clear your land, clean it up, sod it and when I ask if he knew anyone who painted he said he does. they are very very good! they can probably do more I will keep their info and when I need something I will call again. thanks Chance.

If your looking for excellent customer service and a job done right, look no further. I am not only blown away with the courtesy and price Chance gave, but also with the accuracy of his work. I could not be happier with the leveling of the ground for my pool. I let him know I had newer sod so he did not bring any heavy equipment in on my lawn and did the entire job by hand. I am impressed! I am also impressed with the call ahead before arriving and the immediate constant communication throughout the entire job. I would definitely hire them again and I recommend them to anyone looking for a good worker. Thank you Ramm Lands for a job well done! : )
