"We tried contacting the client several times with no luck. We apologize if you feel like you didn't get ahold of us. Also, since we did not get in contact with the customer we actually proactively refunded the payment."
Very thorough and effective
"We sent you a message via the message center because of the time it wouldn't be ok to call. We did not receive you message until a few hours after. But, it is ok. Listen we are not perfect and do not claim to be. But, sometimes some people make something that we were trying to fix into something way to big. Its called being unreasonable. We try our very best to make it to all our appointments yet things happen. We tried accommodating the customer. But, she wanted a call in a matter of seconds. Even when we did get her message a few hours had passed and she had already received a refund. Again it is very hard to communicate with people that are extremely unreasonable."

"We showed up to the address given to us twice, that by the was it was out of the service area. I left a business card on the door personally. Unfortunately, some buy these coupons and later regret it making the provider look bad. This customer did get a full refund and never paid any of the 2 trip fees of $15 each. Again the customer was out of the service area and they made us drive from Orange City to Poinciana twice. Why would we go twice to their home and not clean. No logic in that."
"We called and emailed customer several times to schedule their services and the customer never responded. We even called twice on a particular day. The first time she hung up on us and the second time she never picked up the call."
Most of it went very well. However, they didn't dust the cobwebs from the air vents or clean the bugs from the ceiling fixtures.
They were extremely polite and professional.
"With all due respect. We were literally kicked out of the house by member's Wife. They paid for a STANDARD house cleaning and wanted a THOROUGH cleaning done instead. When I tried to explain to them the difference the Wife just started being disrespectful and saying to get the h€ll out of their house. In all of our years doing this work we have never been so humiliated and disrespected ever before. I'd caution Angie's List to look at any other complaints about the members wife. The member was tring to listen and was very reasonable yet the wife was extremely disrespectful. Not even rude just plain disrespectful."
