Kevan has been coming consistently like clock work to maintain my lawn and always does an excellent job. Because of the hurricane I asked him to come on the off week and he agreed to on the usual Tuesday. However, at the end of my day, I noticed he didn't make it. I thought maybe he will come another day and I mistakenly had the wrong one. About 8 pm he messaged me that he ended up getting tied up and rained on another job; that he would be here first thing in the morning. Sure enough 8 am he was here and getting the job done. I commend this young man for forward communicating to me that he was held up and what his intentions were. For me in my own line of business and just in general communication is the key to success! Most contractors nowadays don't communicate; heck you're lucky if they contact you about a job and actually follow up to get the job! Kevan is the complete opposite and mastered this skill, if you are considering him to do a job; he will surely exceed your expectations!

Kevin always called before coming which I appreciated. He did what I asked him to do and was very polite. He did more than just lawn care and put down a huge load of bark which made the yard look awesome. He has good plant knowledge since he had worked with his Dad's gardening business. His rates are reasonable and he always shows up to do the work.

The owner, Kevan, is very responsible and hard working. They have maintained and improved my yard for over a year and I am so happy with their service. He listens, he follows through and is accountable.
