Very good job

I had the interior and exterior of my house painted by Painterâ s Touch. I was very pleased with the quality of their work as well as the time it took to complete the jobs! I would highly recommend them!!

Eric and Santiago are very knowledgeable, skilled, and professional. Not only did Eric correct some mistakes from prior contractors saving our home from future damage, and power wash the exterior, but they scraped, replaced the old, rotted wood pieces of siding and caulking before applying fresh caulking and painting the house and soffit. Some of the wood trim around the windows and the attic vent over the garaged were also replaced Eric and Santiago were always on time and even though the needs were many, they finished the job early despite temperatures in the high 90's and even in the low 100's. We are very impressed with Painter's Touch Coatings & Painting LLC. They are friendly and work to satisfy their clients. We will definitely recommend them to our friends and family.

Eric and team were professional and put my mind at ease for the painting to be done. Quick to respond to my requests. Answered all my questions. He did a great job. Painting was perfect. Lines around ceiling and baseboards were straight as an arrow. I highly recommend him and will hire him again for any painting needs. Strongly recommend. You will be happy you hired him!

Kept me informed with all changes(weather delays Etc.) Very timely and stayed on task, .Cleaned up well. Will consider for other painting projects if they arise..

I had gotten a couple of estimates by companies I believe googled my address, obtained the square footage and gave me a price. Eric came to my house, saw what was needed, listened to my concerns and requests and gave me a quote that was more than fair. This was just a hint of the time, care and professionalism he and his crew exhibited throughout the process of completing the job. I had waited so long to have this done and am so happy with the workmanship and care Eric and his guys took with my home. I would highly recommend them to anyone searching for someone to paint and beautify their place. Job well done !!

This contractor is the most reliable, we have ever dealt with. He lives up to every single review I read on this forum, and the positive ones elsewhere. I would hire him again tomorrow. He is not quite finished so this review is a bit premature, but at this point he is still blowing away all of our expectations. His crew is also 5 stars, they are quiet respectful, and friendly. We are impressed.

Friendly crew, punctual and reasonably priced. They painted our entire interior (sans bedrooms) using three colors and two coats of each, in just under 8 hours. They also use SW which I love.

Do not follow up on promises. Changes charges.

Eric and his painters did an amazing job painting out two story house. Prices were beyond reasonable, always showed up as expected, communication was awesome. I would recommend this company to everyone.

I dealt with Eric Espinosa from day one and he was a true professional from start to finish. He arrived early to do the initial inspection and was very thorough with explaining exactly what he and his crew would do. The price for the job (whole house exterior painting) was also reasonable, compared to the other estimates. The original quote for completing the job was about three days. Eric and his crew finished the job in a day and a half. At this point, nothing but praise for their work and the appearance of the house. Eric even provided helpful advice/ ideas on completing another home project.

After a little search I hired Erik Espinosa to paint the complete interior of a 2 bedroom 2 bath home approx 982 sweet ft. The walls were a deep blue. His professional attitude toward the project was something. He painted ceilings, doors, trim.and walls. Some items took 3 coats. No complaining from this young man. Would I hire him again? Definitely would. My. Younger sister is having him do her exterior. Thank you Eric for your hard work and professionalism. 5 stars is a not high enough, you deserve a 10.

Very honest. We were putting our house up for sale and I had a big punch out list. All of the work was completed as agreed and the house turned out wonderful! I would recommend this company.

He created a lot of over spray and he wasted materials (that I supplied). He walked off the job.

Great job! personable, professional, hard-working, knowledgeable, patient when I changed my mind about the color of doors. Worked hard to finish the job. Would definately use this company again, and highly recommend Eric and his team.
