NANNY BEE'S HOUSEKEEPERS

Horrible, I was ripped off and lied to. I would not trust these woman in my home or recommend them to anyone.
They took the money. $60. (to start) Insisted on CASH up front and would not take a check or a money order. Their cleaning equipment should have set off an alarm but I needed to get the job done so I took a chance.
They called me two hours later to say that the job would take more time and I needed to bring more money. They wanted $90 for 2 more hours. This was a tiny 2 bedroom 2 bath condo empty except for 2 pieces of furniture. The cabinets were all empty. But they claimed they used those 2 hours to clean those 5 empty cabinets. (they did not)
At this point, all they did was mop the front entry. 6X10 area, something I told them not to do since my carpet guy normally hits the tile floors too.
Nothing else, 6x6 kitchen still filthy bathrooms not touched and floor not vacuumed.
I gave them an additional $45 and told them in one hour to at least vacuum the 3 little rooms and do what they could with the bathrooms and I left but I only drove out of sight. I watched as they were sitting in their car and I called 2 people to come and witness this and help me get this house cleaned out for the carpet cleaner who was scheduled to come.

The neighbors also let me know that the women didn't stick around after I left.
I called the company and realized that this was a waste of time, they are all related and defend their help without even coming to check it out for themselves. I have time stamped photos as well.
