I had an excellent experience with Master-Tech Emergency Services Inc. They replied to my query very fast and made me a same day appointment. The tech was very knowledgeable and even gave a service that I had not asked for initially for free. The after action report was guaranteed within 48 hours which was received in less time. I definitely recommend this company.

Fantastic! Anytime I ever have anything wrong with my home, I am calling Master Tech and owner Derek. He and his crew are THE BEST.
Description of Work: Master Tech came immediately after Hurricane Irma, dried floors, carpet and drywall. Found leaks in my roof, gave me names of contractors to help me. Derek is such a professional, prompt and kind. He even came running when my tarps blew off and rain was coming. Over and beyond the call of duty. I cannot recommend him and Master Tech highly enough.

It was quite a problem. Their estimate was $10000 and it ended up being $20000 so they concept of what the cost was going to be they didn't hit it. They ended up dry cleaning all of our clothes because the problem was in the closet. If they had told me the cost of dry cleaning the clothes was $10000. If they had told me that I think I would have told them to throw them away. We'll go out and buy a whole new wardrobe. We had them come back and test all the clothes and they said they came back with mold spores. I questioned it unfortunately but the cost was just incredible. Quality was very good, I have no problems with the quality. We were more the problem than they were on punctuality. We were traveling quite a bit and had to put them off. We would call them and they would be there that day or the next day. They were very good people. Except for the issue of the cost. They went to a guy that did the dry cleaning and he gave them a bill and they gave me the bill. It was more of the surprise factor.
Description of Work: They did mold testing. We ended up having mold and they remediated the mold.

Fantastic.
Description of Work: I had a server damage throughout my home. Master-Tech was quickly available, they walked me through a very unknown process and handled all my needs from beginning to finish. Damage in my home was not something I expected and I really had no idea where to start, I felt so confident through the entire ordeal.
