They wouldn't honor the extended warranty without the original receipt. It was my understanding they keep a data base of these purchases. They sent me away with a broken machine and no recourse. They suggested I write in permanent marker the receipt number and purchase date on anything I buy with an extended warranty. It looks odd but that is what I did on a yard blower I recently purchased from them

Installation went very well. Quality plumbing did the actual work as they are sub contracted by Lowe's. They arrived on time and did an excellent job. Took out the old toilets and left the area clean. Two thumbs up!!

They were prompt and did the job quickly. They were concerned with the quality of the work and even had a supervisor come out and inspect the job. They even obtained the permits from the city of the work being done and scheduled the final inspection of the job for me. I checked with another company and Lowe's pricing was comparable to that company. There was a hold up with having to order the door but they were punctual with everything else.
