house painters
 + -1 moreMy husband painted the base coat of our pool deck. They were to paint the design and finish painting it for us. He only got about half the way done with the work and they said they would come back and finish. This was about 2 months and they have never come back. He is very artistic and had done some work before which we were happy with.
Description of Work: They were to design and paint the design on the cool deck of our pool.
