John has been to my house several times to repair leaks and replace a ridge vent. We also had a moisture issue in a porch ceiling. Other companies proposed very expensive work on all projects, but John's proposals were very reasonable and he explained how the other work proposed was not necessary. He is honest and does quality work. I would recommend John for any roof repairs or replacement.

John did what he said he was going to do when he said he would do it for the price we agreed upon. I am very pleased.

John came out a few days earlier than scheduled. He did an awesome job, he was so thorough and meticulous in the work. It was not an easy job in the heat, he worked continuously until everything was finished. The price was a very good price and I am extremely pleased with the results. I was super impressed. When John came out to do the estimate, before he even knew if we were going to hire him or not, he patched the bare spots on the roof with some kind of extra sticky roofer's tape to buy us some time. He didn't charge us for the estimate or the patch job. When I emailed him later that evening to let him know we wanted to hire him, the original understanding was that it would be a week or two before he could fit us in. He had another customer who had to postpone the work they needed to have done, however, and he was able to get out to us the very next day. John arrived on time and got right to work. He was efficient and professional throughout the day and took the time to explain to me what he had done and made some additional recommendations regarding some trees that needed to be cut back and / or removed. All in all my husband and I were very impressed. We feel we got excellent service and value for what we paid and wouldn't hesitate to call on John again or recommend him to others.

So far it has gone extremely well. I had so many questions about my roof in general that John took the time to answer for me. John fixed the leaks, put in up to date ridge vents that look like tile, trimmed the skylight box so that the sky light fit properly, and cleaned up the job site when he left. The repairs are guaranteed for one year, and so far after a few heavy rains the house is dry. I am extremely pleased with John's roofing and would recommend and hire again.

John did great work. He ensured the leak was fixed and replaced shingles without noticing the difference. This is the second time we have used John's Roofing.

In late January John came and inspected the problem. He returned when he promised and did what he said he would. Unfortunately, the leak was still there. He promptly returned when he promised and tackled it again. Still the leak, He returned when promised and finally conquered the leak. Since the roof was pretty old and looked it, I was surprised he was able to stop it. But he said he could and he did. And the original price quote never changed even after he had to return three times. A very pleasant but persistent guy. Would not hesitate to call him again.

I found Johns Roofing on Angie's List.  I called him and he came to see me the next morning.  He got on the roof, went in the attic and gave me an appraisal.  I accepted his appraisal and within a week he came back to do the job.  He was honest, professional and did the job.  Afterwards, he gave me the bill with a 25% discount for using Angie's List.   What more could I ask for?

John ,from John's Roofing in Deltona Florida did a great job of repairing two places in my roof.  He was professional, courteous and on time.  He was expensive at $125.00 per hour, but as I watched John work I could tell that he was very skilled at his craft and knew what he was doing.  He gave me a one year warranty that was transferable to the new owner  I would recommend him for tile roof repair.

John responded promptly. He came out the same day to provide an estimate & completed the job within just a couple days. I'd definitely recommend him!

206 PSPJohn has helped me a couple of times. My townhouse has an older tile roof and the HOA does not repair the roofs?  With total replacement out of the question he has repaired it and the areas of repair are professional and cost effective.
