Jack showed up on time and promptly diagnosed the problem that one old-fashioned spring from my garage door had burst, and thus Jack went on a mission to find its replacement asap, together with replacing the other spring on the door.
Within one workday, Jack was Back with the two springs, charged me only for 10 minutes the first visit and 15 minutes the second visit, plus his cost of the spring.
I would recommend Jack to anyone. Jack rocks!

Jack did a fabulous job! My garage door as stuck half way up and down after my husband had tried to pull it down. My electric door opener was not working either. The rod from the electric opener had pulled off the door. Jack fixed this too. And his did this all for $75 and in about an hour.
