Ed is a licensed structural engineer. He did a great job both finding and explaining a situation about the house I was worried about that nobody else was able to do. But what I really appreciated was how Ed kept an open mind and talked through some of my concerns before giving me his conclusion . Very happy with his competence and professionalism.
