Upon further research and canceling inspections with two other trappers for not being registered with the State of Florida as a legal business, therefore not bonded as claimed on their websites. I selected HIGH SPEED ANIMAL TRAPPING, who are registered with the State of Florida and certified as notated on the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (DACS) database. Patrick from the initial phone call responded with enthusiasm to get to the sources of all the ruckus in my attic. I called HSAT early Sunday morning an hour later Patrick was in my attic to confirm that my attic squatter(s) were either a rat or squirrel, not racoon as I suspected. Patrick then climbed onto the roof to discovery attic entrance points. He laid out the game plan and reassured me that the problem would be resolved quickly. Of course, my preference was seal all entrance points immediately without reservation, but Patrick explained why the contrary was better. Traps were set the same day. The following Monday, I paid half of the final invoice cost up front which I did with hesitation. He returned in two days to a captured large roof rat. Traps remained in the attic for another five days, Patrick returned every two days to inspect the results as promised. There was time when I became leery that there were more rats in the attic due to the noise I continued hearing overhead, but no other vermin were discovered or captured. My house surrounded by trees, it was suggested that the noise overhead was due to vermin running across my roof, not in the attic despite the noise overhead. To reduce roof activity Patrick trimmed trees, rebuilt damaged soffit, and seal the main entrance point to the attic from my unwelcomed guest, and sanitized the attic space. Great customer service has become a rarity, thankful for Patrick and HIGH SPEED ANIMAL TRAPPING - Very informative, professional, courteous, prompt, enjoys his work, most important is licensed and bonded! I will use again and refer to others. Thank you!

He went up there, took video and showed me that we may have a rat infestation up there. After hurricane Irma many of the vents and the vent covers on our roof got damaged providing an entry way for rats. We already have a contractor hired and an insurance claim process to fix the roof (hopefully in January) but for now Patrick is going to set traps, plug/close/cover all the entry points and then remove/clean/neutralize all the droppings and urine up there. There was a charge for the traps, a process that will take up to 12 days and several visits and a charge for the sealing of the entry points. There was also an optional charge for the cleanup which I decided to do also. All combined it was a little over $1k, and I paid for half up-front, the rest we pay when it's all done. All in all I was very pleased by the responsiveness, the knowledge and the honesty. I'm confident we are getting our money's worth. Definitely recommend this company.

We had a problem with a raccoon getting into my attic one evening. We scared it out and the next morning, we re-positioned the soffit panels where he accessed the attic the previous night. The next night, Mr. Raccoon was back, prying at the soffit panels. The next morning, we called Patrick at Highspeed. We chose Highspeed because they treat ‘nuisance’ animals humanely. Any trapped animals from the previous night are picked up the next morning and relocated. Other trappers said that they respond every other day, which is not humane to leave an animal in a cage for more than a day in our Florida heat. Patrick delivered 2 traps the same day, and over the course of 4 nights, we trapped 3 raccoons which solved the problem. He’s professional, knowledgeable and compassionate toward the animals. We highly recommend him and his company.

You can not imagine the problems an armidillo can cause....Our beautiful burmuda grass looked like Clydesdale Horses ran through it was totally destroyed. Patrick caught two of them. He was so diligent, persistant and we were TOTALLY PLEASED. Well worth his charge.

I had initially called a different company right when I saw the snake. They never showed up and the snake was nowhere to be seen when my husband got home. Having two young dogs and lots of kids in the area, I wasn't comfortable with having a very aggressive and potentially poisonous snake around. I called and spoke to Patrick. He was absolutely wonderful. I began describing the snake and he told me what he thought it could be. He offered to go out to the house while my husband and I were at work and allowed me to pay by card over the phone. He was prompt, professional, and made me feel like he cared about my concerns. He went out and not only looked at the area where I saw the snake but overturned some large stones, checked a shed in our yard, checked a neighbors yard that borders ours, and checked the vacant lot behind ours. Having found no snakes he did not charge me the full asking price but instead said if I see the snake again he would gladly come back and perform the trapping service. He did everything he could to be accommodating and show that he thoroughly checked my property for snakes.

Patrick is very knowledgeable and thorough. And his integrity and pride in his work is incredible. I signed on for a full job ($1,400 of work), and then three days later my situation got turned upside down and Patrick was perfectly okay with coming to collect his traps and refunding my money. I insisted on paying him $100 for what he'd done, he wasn't going to charge me for anything. That's an A+++ in my book! Highly recommended.

Patrick did a great job eliminating the critters in our attic space. We were concerned at one point whether the invasion could be stopped. Patrick assured us the problem would be solved and over the 2 week trapping period the numbers diminished and then they were gone. He then sealed all the entry points and disinfected the attic space. Patrick has been doing this for a long time and once you speak with him yourself you will know why. His knowledge and professionalism is something that's hard to find today. He did everything he said he would, when he said he would. Other companies required a fee to come out and look at our situation. Highspeed requires no up front fee to determine the problem.

Highspeed Animal Trapping (HAT), Patrick and his son, Kevin, were very professional and compassionate to our issue with our attic pests; Muscovy ducks, squirrels and a raccoon. Kevin took care with the exclusion process/sealing the roof entry points. The extent of the pests and attic concerns were severe, they had been living there for some time. Patrick arranged and supervised a restoration of the attic. This process included the removal of the contaminated and degraded insulation, disinfecting the entire attic, and installation of new insulation. As it was explained to us, is how it happen. It took only two days. We are so pleased with all of the work accomplished. We are now enjoying the benefits of the new insulation, low A/C usage/cost. It is also very quiet, up there. I would recommend HAT to anyone who has pest/animal concerns and if you require attic restoration. Very prompt, professional, and compassionate. Patrick has also provided a follow call to ensure all is well. Great customer service. Oh, by the way, the animal trapping service comes with a lifetime warranty.

Everything they told me happened. Like the critter won't come out of his burrow every day out of his burrow, but in two days he did and the trap got him. I am so thankful for these guys. They got it done.

Everything went according to plan. We did have to have some extra duct repair but after it was complete the insulation was put back immediately. Everything that Patrick did was extremely professional and done expertly. I would highly recommend Highspeed Animal trapping without hesitation.
