It went well.

Very well. Hansen replaced the thermostat and the motor, and it works and sounds great now. The AC technician was personable, efficient, and cleared every step with us before proceeding. Will definitely use Hansen again.

He was on time, and called before he come. my AC pipe was overflowed, he did check and some digging, then fix it. I also asked some questions regarding the AC, he gives really honest opinion.

He answered personally and managed to squeeze me in that day. He got there later in the day and did the repair. He text me the bill which I found to be reasonable.

Our A/C unit stopped blowing cold air and we had tried all of the basic troubleshooting we could. We called Jack Hansen on Monday morning and left a message. He called us back in about an hour, he took the time to make sure we had done some trouble shooting, asked some questions about the problem and then setup a time that same day to come out and take a look at it. After doing a very thorough job to diagnose the issue he determined we needed a new zone control box. He shopped for the part and got us an estimate. He was always very polite and consultative about the problem and our options. He came back later that day and replaced our control box, and also took the time to make sure our thermostats were wired properly (free of charge). The system was running perfectly but had one small hiccup after he left, around 6:45 pm I called Jack and let him know that the system had stopped working suddenly. It was 15 min left in his work day, but rather than putting it off till tomorrow, he took the time to come out to our house and it was an easy fix to get us back up and running, we haven't had an issue since. I can't say how much I was impressed by Jack and how he put my family's comfort and needs first when it would have been easy not to. I will absolutely call him again if we have ANY air conditioning needs.

Jack. He is the owner. He was running late and he called to say that he is still at his first appointment. I was very impressed. HE was in and out for all of 10-15 minutes. The problem was a fuse. I will now consider Hansen Air conditioning my annual maintenance provider. Thank you Jack and Angie's List. Bea D

On the first meeting Jack, he was professional and honest about the scope of work to be done. We didn't know what was causing fuses to blow. He kept his promise to come back if it blew again and it did. Being proactive he scheduled the return. He was prompted this morning, I can't express how that made me feel to finally have found reliable service and at a reasonable price. Thank you Angie's List and thank you Jack..

Jack is a gem!  He is prompt, warm, helpful, and efficient.  I have used him before and will again. He teaches and explains which I value.  Thank you Jack for remembering us as your clients.

Jack is the owner of this particular operation and sometimes has others help him. He is always prompt, polite and professional. He remembers us and helps us out whenever possible as well as being very honest. His prices are very good, AND he does great work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone else. We have had tune-ups as well as repairs from him and all have been great.

Jack was very nice and very prompt.  I will definitely call him for any future A/C service needs!
