Grass was extremely weedy, chinch bugs destroyed a large section. Installation was loose, pieces not fitting together allowed further weed growth in the gaps. When the existing lawn was treated with roundup it did not kill the weeds. When I pointed this out to him, he said "I.ve been doing this for thirty years, any problems I'll fix it" Weeks of phone calls went unanswered. Will now need to resod the area.
