He installed the new valve so I could turn the gas from my underground propane tank on and off from the front of my new outdoor kitchen without having to get on my hands and knees to do it under the grill. It went well, He securely installed the key operated valve and connected gas lines to it with no gas leaks.

I made an appointment and they honored that and got a city permit for me so that price included a permit. Two men showed up and they took great care of the landscape, they put back the grass they removed.

I called this company for repairs to a gas water heater. This company is a contractor for the local natural gas company and is the only company in the immediate area who repairs gas water heaters. I contacted the office in the morning and the technician had the repairs completed by 2:15 that afternoon. Hope, the lady in the office who took my call, kept me informed as to the approximate time of the technicians arrival. Once she had a more exact time she called to inform me. Mark, the technician, arrived at virtually the exact time Hope quoted. Mark is very familiar with this type of repair and had the problem diagnosed and fixed within 30 minutes. Mark stayed for approximately 30 minutes more to make sure the heater was going to work properly. I was impressed with how quickly the repairs were made. Mark cleaned and checked the burner and pilot light area along with making the repairs. I would certainly use this company again should the need arise. Very friendly, professional and prompt.

These guys really know what they're doing. Converting from a tank water system is a big job. Took one man a long hard day. I wish I could remember the service techs name, he was excellent . They made and kept appointments on time. They pulled the permit and probably best of all they applied my $750 of rebates to the bottom line (and they wait for the rebate, not you). It's a shame how many repair businesses are dishonest or do shoddy work.... these guys don't. I highly recommend them!

Roughly 30 days after their quote I contected them to enter into the work. They scheduled a beginning date, started on time and completed the plumbing when they said they would. We had to wait for the gas company to deliver the gas. When the gas was delivered the hookups were scheduled. Due to heavy workload they came late in the day and could only finish part of the job. I had to call the company to let them know the job was not complete. The job was mistakenly marked in stheir records as complete. They did reschedule for sthe next day and the job was completed satisfactorially.

I agreed with the pricing and contracted them to do the work. Actually, they are here today. The positive was they were responsive. They sent me the estimate with the criteria and I gave them a %50 down payment. When I called to schedule they fit me in quickly within less than a week. The young man they sent out is a hard worker and very polite. The work has not yet been completed so this is so far.
