The salesman came to my home on 12/2/13 to measure my arch windows in my living room & dining room. He stated that it could take 1-2 weeks before the blinds would be available for installation.
I received a call a few days before the blinds were installed to make the appointment for installation.
The installer came to my home on 12/16/13 to install the blinds. He showed me how to remove the arch blinds to clean the windows & how to put the blinds back up. He was very professional, arrived on time & was very pleasant all the while he was in my home.
