It turned out great, they were polite and they were professional. It turned out pretty well and didn't take long at all. They exceeded my expectation. They had their uniform on and put little booties over shoes when they walked in the house. They were career-oriented and did a great job.

They did not do what I wanted them to do. I hired them hoping they could do more than I could do myself. There were a few things I could not address myself. I thought I had called in the professionals. You want someone with professionals who in my case could handle dog urine. They were professional and punctual. It was average. They cleaned 3 rooms. They did 3 rooms. When the guy came he brought a lot of bottles, but he never them. I asked him if he addressed the dog pee? He said he went over those spots. They use an enzyme they have in addition to the cleaning product. This may or may not be true. It did not get done the way I wanted it to be done. If you were to ask me if he did a good job cleaning the carpet. He did. The carpet is fairly new. I wanted him to remove the stains. The assumption is he was a pro. He was unable to remove the stains as much as I would have liked. It is like if you take your clothes to the dry cleaner. The assumption is that they get the stains out. They are a husband and wife team. Though, the carpet looks great. They did not get the stains out as much as I would have liked. They came one time. The price was reasonable.

"I am Susan Rock. My husband and I have been in business for 23 years in Volusia, Flagler county area. When this gentleman called and spoke with me regarding the cleaning he wanted done, he was very specific about his issues with the carpet. There is a dog urine issue that he wanted addressed. I explained to him we can clean the carpet and treat it for the odor, but you can not address in a carpet cleaning the odors that "hide" in the padding and the backing of the carpet. We can use an enzyme and deodorizers that make it better, but will not remove odors. In order to remove urine in the pad you will have to remove the pad, clean, seal the subfloor and then replace the pad with new. If you just clean it on the top, when you leave the air conditioning off the humidity pulls the odor back out of the padding and carpet and into the air. You have the odor again. Bill does a very thorough complete job of carpet cleaning, but in no way can you make this man happy for the money he is willing to spend. I will attempt to contact him again and see what we can do to explain again up to and including recleaning if that would help."
