Prompt response, quickly recognized the issue ( couldn’t fix immediately until the compressor cooled off) came back later fixed the same and added Freon.

Terry was great. He showed up the next day turned, the unit on, took some readings, found the issue and fixed it promptly. I hope he stays in business a long time, cause I do not want to go to anyone else. He charged $75 but for the service call, replaced a couple parts, was there for 1 1/2 hours and total was $160. I was asking about a new system to help save $ in utilities, mine is 17 years old. He said that as long as mine was working, don't swap it out but instead spend the $ in better windows. That is someone honest. Recommending spending money elsewhere to help the customer. A+ in all categories.

We called him on a Sunday afternoon. He was able to come out within 30 minutes and had our AC up and running within another 30 minutes. He will definitely get repeat business from us.
