The never paid the distributor and I hit a Lien on my home and ended up paying twice for my AC unit.

I'm currently in the process of trying to get them to come back out and finish the job. I will probably not use them again. They find excuses and they're very hard to get in touch with. They are not responsive when you do get a hold of them. Ive been waiting three months for them to come back and install one more drop that they said they would put in three months ago. They put us off because they were busy. They kept telling excuses, we lost workers, they quit, they got hurt, we had too many jobs. It's one of those, I don't want to hear about that. I just want to hear how you're going to make it right. I don't need to hear excuses.
