I hate having to give a bad review, but here it goes.
He did show up 2 days in a row, but has never come again. The pool immediately started turning green again and we found out we had a leak in the , we got the leak fixed and called Budget and left a message with the lady that answered that the pool had a leak, we got the leak fixed and it is starting to get green and we need service asap and we also advised if it costs more, we will pay whatever it is, we received no call back. Called again a few hours later, again lady took message and we received no call back. The second day we called again and same girl took messages, later we got v mail and left several messages and again no call back. Now 4 days later the pool is extremely green and still no call back, the lady said she forgot to write down our phone number.. lol.. seriously,, our number was left on the vmail 2 to 3 times and we called and left 5-8 verbal messages as well., we are in their computer. We stood at the counter and watched as they added us to the system. Today is day five and two verbal messages later, the girl said umm every other word and would not give a straight answer if anyone was coming or not. We have been nothing but patient and nice when speaking to anyone who answered the phone, but I have had enough and will be going to the office for my money back. My mother is coming from 2 states away to see our new house with the green pool, I am beyond mad and will never use them again and will make sure to tell everyone that I know what kind of service they provide.
