He was very good. He guaranteed his work. He promptly came back for a second appointment, and did not charge any more than he said he would. Very impressed!

+ -1 moreBruce was on time and on budget. He even went so far as to look for a less expensive component, that would be just as good. As this is a small vehicle and like all newer vehicles, everything is crammed into the smallest area possible, this wasn't an easy job. But, Bruce did the job in the driveway with a smile on his face. (At least every time I saw him...) Bruce is smart, entertaining and explains all his actions when you ask him. We will use him again in the future I'm sure!
Description of Work: Replaced the air conditioning compressor in my wife's Volkswagen Beetle.

Description of Work: Bruce came to my home and did a inspection on my SUV. He checked the major things that go wrong, timing belt, brakes, fluids and rotated tires. There was nothing wrong with the SUV so he didn't have to do any repairs at the time.
