Kevin arrived on time, explained what he was going to do and answered my questionsl He worked diligently to make the repairs and took much less time than I anticipated. Very satisfied and would hire again.

Smooth as silk

We are remodeling and I took the kitchen to the studs.  We are relocating the sink so the drain and faucets had to be moved.  I have used B&B 3 times before and was always pleased with the result.  I called B&B and they were busy  but would be here at 10:00 AM the next day.  The next day they called and asked if they could come at 9:00 AM and of course I was pleased they were early.  They are loyal to previous customers.  Ben took a look and asked when I wanted it completed and I said yesterday would have been nice.  He said he could finish it today.   They moved the drain to where I wanted it.  The took out the old water pipes and ran them through the studs instead of being outside the wall like the previous re-plumb job had left it by another plumber.  They put in new shutoffs and new pipes. Since we will be without a sink for about a month, he advised me to run to the big box store and get a laundry tub to use as a sink.  I did that while they were making the repairs.  He hooked up the laundry tub and fixed it so the dishwasher would drain too.  We even have ice from the fridge on its own line now.  The finished product was a clean looking install and the mess was non-existent when they left.  It was all clean.  These guys are the best and I would not call anyone else.  He also gave me some advice on where to place the laundry tub when it is no longer needed so I can use it for clean up in the garage.  I have never been disappointed with B&B.  They are reasonable, punctual, knowledgeable, and clean.

We called them back in an emergency situation, and they were too busy for us and referred us to someone else, and the company they referred us to is great too. He came over the first time in an emergency situation. They've always called me back quickly.

They were on time  and worked with out interruption on preconstruction and returned to finished work after construction. Did have to return for a problem which was a manufracturer  problem.

B&B came on time and did the job professionally.  They had to wait for sign off on inspection.  They took partial payment and the balance after inspection.  They were easy to work with.

Call B & B to help complete the bathroom plumbing.   They were required to open the wall on both sides for two vanities and sinks.  The holes were neat and even and easy to patch.  They re-ran the hot and cold lines to fit the new sinks.  They measured and cut so it fits a small opening in the back of each vanity perfectly.  When that was finished, Bobby removed a bathtub faucet and installed a new manifold, handles and faucet.  When that was completed, he took a look at my pool pump and found a leak.  ( I had been losing water.)  He fixed that quickly also.   As usual, I was perfectly satisfied and paid less than I expected.   I have called them again to put in the sinks and hook them to the wall tomorrow.   If you hear nothing more, that means I was satisfied again.  They do all my plumbing work.

They only charged me $25.00.  I gave them $30 and gave each a root beer. I am calling them back to hook up two vanities. P.S.   My sister in law is not an Angie's List member.  She used the guys to work on her bathroom plumbing and she loved them.

We met Ben and Bobby at a local plumbing supply store where I went to get information on fixtures.  I approached them, they did not approach me.   They helped us pick out two fixtures we wanted and got a cheaper price than if we would have purchased them ourselves.  After listening politely to my amateur questions, they suggested they come to our house for a free estimate.  We agreed and an hour later, they called and asked if we were home. 
I wanted two shower rough-ins installed along and a new concrete shower floor roughed in with a new drain. They quoted us $350 for that work.  They later purchased the fixtures for us with no up-front costs and supplied the pipes and fittings at their cost.They arrived the next work day 5 minutes earlier than their appointed time. I was allowed to watch and was asked where I wanted the fixtures.  They were polite, efficient and fun to be around.  They especially like dogs and didn?t mind my mutt sniffing around as they were working. 
When they were finished, I asked if they could also slope the bottom of our concrete tub.  I was quoted $50 for that task and it took them close to an hour to set and form the concrete in the tub.  When all was finished, we were very happy.   No one else wanted to tackle the tub because it was a small job individually.  They did it without question or overcharge. 
They know what they are doing and their rates are outstanding.  This is a newer company of brothers who have been in the plumbing industry 20 years each. They decided to go out on their own.   When they finished, they had spent a total of three hours together working on the project which was basically 6 hours combined for two plumbers for $350 originally and another $50 for the extra job I asked for.   I am glad we found them.   They are licensed and I would recommend them to anyone.  I would also recommend calling them before the higher priced companies.
