I hired a handyman to move my refrigerator. In the process, my front control panel stopped working. I hired George to repair the front panel. He said I needed to order a control board. When the part came in he came back and installed a new control board. Before this, my refrigerator and freezer were working but after he installed they would not even come back on. While he was moving the refrigerator it sparked from the broken wiring harness. He said I would have to purchase a whole new door to repair the front control panel. Needless to say, I just had to pay $1800 plus for a new refrigerator.

Service was exceptional, I message the owner and he immediately responded. My Samsung dryer broke and I needed someone to replace the part. He scheduled me in for the following day. Thank you so much for the great communication and fast response.

Josh from Appliances Excellent came out to our home and evaluated our ailing washing machine. He advised us of what we thought - that we should consider purchasing a new washing machine rather than repairing our machine. Josh was on time and very professional.
