Ken is a true professional. He personally responded immediately to my inquirey. Ken goes above and beyond with his attention to details. Our water heater replacement took less than 4 hours from the initial contact. I would highly recommend Ken for your plumbing needs.

Ken arrived in less than 2 hours after our initial contact. He personally contacted me almost immediately after my inquiry. Upon arrival he was upfront about our options. He is a true professional and I was kept up to date throughout the entire process. Ken goes above and beyond with his attention to detail.
