I HAVE USED ALL LOCKED OUT SEVERAL TIMES IN THE PAST THREE YEARS AND HE IS THE BEST LOCKSMITH AROUND.
HE IS ALWAYS PUNCTUAL AND VERY CAPABLE AND EFFICIENT. 
IT IS VERY OBVIOUS THAT THIS GENTLEMAN TAKES PRIDE IN HIS WORK AND EXPLAINS EXACTLY WHAT HE NEEDS TO DO AND IF THERE  IS ANY DRILLING OR FILING HE CLEANS IT UP AND NEVER LEAVES A MESS.
(I HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH ANOTHER DELTONA LOCKSMITH SO ALL LOCKED OUT IS THE ONLY ONE I USE NOW).
HE DOES AN EXCELLENT JOB FOR A FAIR PRICE.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM.

My daughter was locked out of her van.  Passers-by tried to help for 2 hours.  Nothing worked and she has 3 children at home.  I live in Michigan and began browsing the Internet for locksmiths.  I chose All Locked Out from Angie's list.  Bill gave me a quote and met my daughter at her home, took her to the van, opened it, and allowed me to pay with my credit card on the phone.  He saved the day!  Thank you Bill, and thank you Angie's list.
