Unprofessional welds

Called early Monday morning 8:00. Scheduled 9:00 - 11:00. Fixed by 9:15. Technician was polite, professional and obviously knew what he was doing. Diagnosed the problem quickly. Stayed until the temp began to fall. With this kind of service, I would not look for any other. Price is reasonable. I give Air Current, Inc. in Deltona an A+.

Everything went very well and after the installation they took the time to walk me through some of the new functions, how to clean the unit, and any thing else.

Horrible customer service!  Jack, the technician, was extremely rude and unprofessional. and did not even diagnose the problem.  Over $100.00 wasted and had to contact a different company to actually diagnose and fix the issue.  Do Not Waste Your Time Or Money On This Company.

tech did maintenance in April, I visited the property in June and the found water dripping from unit, mold on each side of plenum, and 5 holes in the plenum. Holes were caused by tech testing air temp. The 5 holes are the size of a meat thermometer and were not sealed after testing. This allows garage fumes, dust, and dirt to enter the house according to RUDD documentation. Spoke to owner Leslie who said this is standard practice and I do not understand air flow! Mold & water leaks were not reported to me when tech did maintenance!

Fabulous!  From the initial contact to the final installation.  Very professional and efficient.  Work was done quickly and proficiently.  I would highly recommend Air Current for all your HVAC system needs.

Jim D'Errico quickly diagnosed the problem with the defrost boards, showed me the faulty designs and how to run the wire past the boards to allow the units to run properly. He explained pro's and con's of spending extra money on our units and when it would be cost-effective to repair and when to replace units.

All went great.

The guy I bought the system from went out and fixed it. It was still under warranty so it didn't cost me a penny. I thought that was pretty honest that he stood behind that. It was an emergency done on Saturday, he fixed the problem immediately. They have 24/7 coverage.

When they installed the unit, they never turned it on. They were supposed to push the switch to have it come back on. When they came into my home, they told me that I needed my duct work cleared out. They said they would replace both, but they only replaced one duct. A few months later, I had to to the duct work done again, and I had to call another at that point. This second company showed me that one duct was the original, and showed me Air Current never turned on the unit switch. I was not getting any heat, but Air Current told me if they kept coming out, they'd have to charge me. They were the ones that were supposed to fix my problem in the first place. I was \satisfied with Air Rescue, the second company that completed this work for me.

They were prompt and helpful.

I was very satisfied with the service and charge. I would definitely use them again.

I did have some trouble right after the install, it was warm at Christmas and the a/c wasn't pumping cold. Humid yes, but no cold. I could not get a return phone call on Dec 26 ( i waited to call specifically not to bother them on Christmas.) But I was stuck with the non working a/c a couple of more days. It turned out the young, (new) employee had overfilled my system--he had used a scale for weighing the coolant that wasn't in good shape and gave inaccurate readings. Other than that, I have no complaints. Just don't try to get emergency help over Christmas. They were professional, on time, for every other encounter.

They gave me a 10 year warranty.
