Alex was on time to replace my broken garage spring. He inspected other components of the garage door and said rollers and cables looked fine. He replaced the springs and told me how to lubricate parts to keep things rolling smoothly. His pricing and professionalism impressed me, I would recommend Alex to anyone.

I have been taken by SO MANY servicemen - I am REALLY leery. I could not say enough good about this young man (Alex). He is very knowledgable, gives simple suggestions and options (without high pressure). I looked up on internet before calling anyone to find out approximately what it should cost. He was reasonable. Funny thing was - I called Project Pro be find someone, filled out the request form for a quote, pushed the “Send” - and the phone rang. It was Alex on his way. By late afternoon - my garage door opener was replace, up and running. Alex is a pleasure to work with and I feel - really honest.

Contacted me immediately, assessed my need, had an appointment for the next day. Young man showed up, evaluated the situation, quoted me a price, after working on it, noticed a future issue (37 year old garage door with one previous repair), replaced the bearing, updated the quote and my garage door works perfectly. I thought I was looking at new garage door or door tracks but was spared and spent $170 for the parts and labor. This is one happy camper!!!
