After signing the contract, I thought it was necessary to go over and recheck the cabinet measurements. Apparently this did not go well with Pablo, the seller. It was very hard to deal with him. He is not able to manage the stress of the heavy workload while dealing with customers. Pablo tried to convince me that the measurements were right.
Another pending item was the replacement of a single cabinet door with a double door. Two months prior to installation, I informed Pablo via email my decision of wanting a double door instead of a single door. A single cabinet door was sent.
When I pointed this to Pablo, he stated that “You are the pickiest customer I have ever worked with”. A second installation appointment was required to remedy that, the awesome crew showed up without a confirmation call. Please note I said the awesome, which is very true. The crew is extremely professional, neat and on top of all the details.
Without a doubt customer service is not the best and it was very hard to deal with, but the end result is great. I am enjoying my new kitchen.
