The vacation was awesome! Madlin recommended that we go to Club Med Ixtapa due to the family friendliness of the resort. She was spot on. The kids loved the resort and my wife and I enjoyed the amenities to the pong where we didn't want to come home. One of the coolest things Madlin did for us was to recommend which time of year to go so that the resort would be so crowded. Going on the "off season" practically gave us the resort to ourselves. Thanks to Madlin we will be going on many more vacations in the future.
Description of Work: I worked with Madlin on a family vacation to Club Med. Madlin was excellent in every sense of the word, she was professional, polite, and thorough. She saved me more than $2,000 on my vacation package which made the whole experience that much more enjoyable.

My agent was able to get me international flights at the cost for natives not US internet prices on Air New Zealand. We work cooperatively sometimes with her getting the land and I work with my points or alternative flights that work for me. I would work well in advance and trust that she will get the best price available she always has.
