First, let me say, we have been loyal customers of Tint America for many years and this is the first time we had a negative experience but it is worth documenting. Yesterday (08/2102020) you made a terrible mistake. I was at your location yesterday when my son took his car in for tinting. He is visiting from South Carolina & asked your representative to look up the % of legal tinting for SC, which he did. (Very nice & professional young man) My son went with the tint based on the recommendation of your associate after looking up in a booklet the SC codes. Today, my son looked up the legal limit for tinting in SC & he was way off. My son called & spoke to the young man and he said they could could correct it for an additional fee of $175.00. Why would you want to charge more money for a mistake you made? You are the experts and we depended on you for accuracy. You should be embarrassed and ashamed for wanting to charge my son for a mistake you made. You are wrong. As a father, I am upset for my son. Please know, the young man at your store was very nice and respectful but he made a mistake and now, we are very unhappy people. Look up your records and see the business we have done with you and while you are at it, look up all the people we have recommended over the past 11 years

Amazing service. I had a coupon and did not think that they would be that great so I was hesitant because I was taking my brand new luxury car. They treated my car with care, they did the service in less than 2 hours, and the window tinting looks very professional, and I love it. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I was very happy.

No problems, I was shown the different types of tint available, and picked one and they installed it. I would use them again highly recommended.

Justin at Tint America did an awesome job on my new car's window tinting. He was very knowledgeable and exact in his work. He tinted my entire car, cutting the film all by hand for a precise look and fit. I talked with him the entire time as he was working so I could observe and check the work on the spot. I'm very picky when it comes to work done on my car and I am very happy with the work performed at Tint America in Delray. I will go to this play again for all my new cars. The owner and all the staff I dealt with were very nice as well.

They were right here on time. The price was good. The day they were going to put it down, I had some questions about the lightness or darkness of the film so he sent the installer with 3 samples so I could choose. They were very cooperative. I wound up doing one section of the house with one color and another section of the house with another color.
