+ -1 moreI received a rate quote fast, over the phone, after responding to just a few questions. I was told I would get a good rate since I had excellent credit and that the quoted rate was very competive. I then went online to find out what was available from other lenders. Right away I discovered that the quote was higher than average, and that the other costs, such as origination fee were not in line with the competition. I let the loan consultant know what I had discovered and was told that I too could have a lower rate in exchange for a lock-in fee of $2000 and a lock in period of about 45 days. I told him I would watch rates and let him know. After seeing much better offers, I contacted another loan company. In short, I got a half point better rate, no fees, a lower monthly payment by $250. It pays to shop. Supreme Lending is anything but competitive and rigid.

Everything went smoothly and we closed exactly when we wanted with a great interest rate for a 30 year fixed loan. I will absolutely use them for any future transactions.

+ -1 moreAll went well! Shane took the time to listen to our situation and provide us with a plan of action to get pre approval before we started looking for our home. He quickly took control and gave us a list of all necessary information he needed. It was promptly reviewed and submitted and we were approved for more than we expected and we were on our way to home shopping! Through out the whole process Shane was available either on the phone or through emails to answer all our questions and concerns. When we found a house and finally went to the closing, everything was in place. We closed the same day we were scheduled to with no delays or set backs (which I have heard is not the norm). We were extremely happy with the service Supreme Lending and Shane provided us. We will recommend him in the future. .

+ -1 moreI saw the recommendations and I called. I spoke with Shane Turner. He asked me some questions about my home and politely said he does not do many refinances as most people are in over their heads or have already refinanced. He asked if I had spoken with other companies and I told him I had talked with one and tried to contact another but just got voice mail. He was interested in what the one company I spoken with offered. Our conversation ended with his offer to go over the Good Faith Estimate of another company and see if he could match it. I got no information from him. I will definitely not contact him again. It is simply a waste of time!

With the highest level of customer service and professionalism, Shane Turner with Supreme Lending, provided financial services, advice, etc for a successful and timely transaction. After speaking with Shane for the first time, I felt a great level of trust that he was looking out for my very best interest. Additionally, Shane always understood and quickly responded to the high level of urgency regarding any and all inquiries regarding my loan as well as during my house searching process. His loan processor, Susan Gould was also very efficient with a high attention to detail.

He is very easy to work with, very helpful, and quick to get back to me with any answers to my questions. I would defiantly recommend them.

+ -1 moreWhen the sale of our house in Miami was about to fall through forcing us to almost not purchase our new place in Coral Springs, the team at Surpeme Lending didn't "go into action" they went into HYPERDRIVE! If it wasn't for the very fast thinking and extensive knowledge of Shane and his crew, my wife, kids and me would possibly be out on the streets. I will NEVER go anywhere else for a mortgage as long as Shane is around.

Description of Work: I am a first time homebuyer and a single mom. I called Shane to compare the services of Supreme to another quote I received from the Realtor's lender. Shane was extremely professional and knowledgeable, and his effort in helping me get my desired closing date was above and beyond what was expected. Our first meeting to review pricing scenarios was extremely informative. This guy knows his stuff cold. I was thoroughly impressed with his knowledge of the FHA program and mortgages in general. In addition, speaking with him was extremely easy as he is very good at explaining things in a simplified manner. He was very straightforward and did not sugar-coat anything, which to me, is extremely refreshing. His staff was so responsive. For every question I had, they responded within hours, sometimes minutes. Shane called me frequently throughout the process to tell me what to expect, and kept me updated on the status of things. Even when we hit a minor speedbump in regards to my taxes, Shane and the staff (Susan) continued to be patient with me and my worries and kept me calm throughout it all. This company's services goes far beyond any regular mortgage company. The personalized service and attention I received was AMAZING. These people treated me like friends, even like family. They truly cared about my situation and worked hard to accommodate my needs. I cannot say enough good things about them. I've been told buying a home is one of the toughest things you will ever do in your life, but these guys made it a lot more pleasant.

Not only did he know all of the new government regulations as well as the tax benefits of going foward with his company. Shane guided my daughter through all of the forms necessary as well as helping her get the information that was required for her mortgage application. During the process, Shane kept intouch with my daughter keeping her informed as to what was going on with her application. My daughter was a first time home buyer home buyer and that is Supreme Lendings speciality. The process took almost 30 days from start to finish. She is now a proud new home owner, thanks to Shane. I have met many many mortgage brokers, but no one comes close the the professional approach Shane showed during the entire process. Thanks you Shane!
