TOTAL SCAM!!! i was scammed!!! Had them come out to treat termites. Did everything they told me to do and had them advise me. I knew nothing about termites and trusted them 100%. They treated my bathroom and within months had to keep coming back. Three times for the same bathroom. They told me they weren't able to treat the top of the bathroom in the attic, as the space was very small. They also said they aren't able to treat one wall in the bathroom as well. None of that sounded right. Scammed and gave them $1,500. Now I have the same problem again in the same bathroom. The owner will not return emails. Left a message with the people in the office and that was 8 days ago as well. Just horrible. Called two other companies and they both said I was ripped off and the treatment was done incorrectly. That's why they had to keep coming back for the same area and now the same problem again. Hired one of the companies and they were able to treat the area in the attic that's SouthEast said cant be taken care of. They were also able to treat the wall that Southeast said cant be treated. They come every month for a general pest control and I think they are a good company. For the first year it cost $600.00 and $175.00 every year after that.

After the treatment I was inundated with millions of ants all over my house in every room, They were all over my bedroom, shower, bathtub, in every room. You couldn't walk. I wanted to go to a hotel. They were crawling on me. 1 person came out and sprayed the house which did nothing, another person dusted the attic which doubled the bugs and a third person told me they should be gone in a month and to keep cleaning the house

We have used Southeast Florida Pest Control for over 10 years. We lived in Ponte Vecchio in Boynton Beach and used them when we lived there and they were wonderful. After 6-7 years, we moved to Equus in Boynton Beach and lived there for 3 Years. When we lived in Equus, we received the same wonderful service and they were much more reasonable than any other company. We wanted to downsize from the large Equus home and moved to an over 55+ development called Valencia Shores. The neighborhood paper had another company advertised to do spraying for bugs. My neighbor had said this company was good and that he just signed a contract with them. l don't want to use their name because we have a very litigious society today, but I thought I would try them out on a short contract. Then I started looking at the statements. I noticed the new company had sprayed only every other month (Southeast Florida Pest Control had sprayed once a month for years).I called the "new company" and asked them why they only spray every other month, yet their fees were almost 2 1/2 more. She had no explanation except this idiot woman at the new Company started giving me a song and dance story about Southeast Florida Pest Control being a "fly by night" company. I told her this simply was not true as we had used them for more than ten years and I was very happy with their service and I did not want them (the new company) spraying at my residence anymore, if this was how they got new business. One should not have to lie and knock another company to make them look better. I went back to Southeast Florida Pest Control over two years ago. They are less than half the price, they spray monthly (not every 2 months like the other company) and I never ever have bugs or any problems. Now I hear that someone in the neighborhood made a complaint they must have seen a couple of bugs outside. . . so Southeast Florida Pest Control is spraying FOR FREE EVERY SINGLE CUSTOMER IN Valencia Shores. What unbelievable customer service provided by Florida Pest Control! I just wanted everyone to know they are a company that stands behind their product, they go that extra mile for customer service and they are less expensive than the companies that have to lie to compete. I definitely would recommend these people, over and over. If you switched to them, you would be very happy and save money!!!
