Description of Work: Installed hurricane shutter on front windows. They did an excellent job and did it in a short amount of time. Would use them again if necessary.

Description of Work: The two men who arrived did not seem to know why they were here. When I called Shutter Services and spoke to Michael the owner, I told him that I needed a company to check out my hurricane shutters each year. To try them out and make sure they were working properly. I had two that were put down two days previous by my window washer and couldn't get them up. The two men who came did not know this. The first task we assigned was to get the two stuck ones up. They asked us more questions then they had answers. Finally they were able to get them up and when I explained the second half of their assignment was to look at all the exisitng shutters so their boss could come up with a charge to check them out each year, they looked at me as if I wasn't speaking english. English was their only language. Then they proceeded to argue, "My boss didn't tell me that." I relaid the conversation, when I called I asked for yearly maintenance and was told that he would send out his workers to look over my situation and call me back with an estimate. Just to get them to walk around the house and report back was too frustrating for me to ever use them again. There was a lack of adequate communication between Michael and the people he sent out. No one has called back which is just as well.

Description of Work: Came to repair and maintain hurricane shutters. They came a day early, after checking with me. They did their work just as it should have been done. To perfection. I'll use them again for this type of service. I wish all companies i need to deal with were as prompt and good as this company. I'd recommend them to anyone in a heart beat. I assumed "A" was the best rating.

Description of Work: They repaired accordion storm shutters when they came for an estimate. They are terrific and really know their business. I highly recommend them.

Description of Work: 1st rep did not fill out proposal with date of proposal and his name. Had to go over all details. He kept questioning what was originally written up as to what the first rep wrote up. He called the owner and came to a final conclusion. It was frustrating. However, am satisfied for now and will have to wait for the final stage of the work to be done. Will be able to give a complete evaluation at that time.
