Carpet Cleaning
After 48hours for the carpet to dry, the stains were larger and dirtier. After more than 10 phone calls and speaking to 8 different individuals the technician returned a week later. Explained that he did not use the correct temperature for the steam and that the water 'must have' been dirty that he used. 48 Hours the stains were double in size and worse than ever. I paid $200 and requested a refund. Was told repeatedly that a manager would call me 'right away'. Never received a call. After my last call, tthe individual, Andy, summarily hung up. This company is a sham.
