On time considerate. Did not like way tied into existing roof. But I guess there is no better way. 5 yr warranty will tell. Took a whill to close out paperwork.

We were extremely satisfied with how Ron Bell, Inc. performed our roof replacement and other roof repairs. Their Estimator, Paul, was very professional and was very thorough in explaining what needed to be done. During the process of the job, their supervisor on the job did a very good job of keeping us informed and explaining what they needed to do. They scheduled the work promptly after we signed the contract and they completed all the work in 2 days.

This was a tricky reroof job and Ron Bell Roofing exceeded expectations. I had interviewed and received quotes from 5 different roofing companies and I chose Ron Bell roofing based upon their excellent service during the initial roof inspection, secondary inspection and quotation process. As far as pricing of the job, they fell right in the middle. I am very pleased with the job, everybody that I dealt with from Nancy in the office, Joe, the project manager, Ron the owner of the company and the guys that did the roof work itself were efficient, skilled and professional.

Paul came out, listened to my concerns about my roof, and did a thorough inspection. We went over his findings and decided the best way to remedy the problems. That evening he sent me a comprehensive and fair estimate. Lorenzo, Ruben, and their crew came out and got right to work. They did a great job and completely cleaned up when they finished. I highly recommend Paul, Lorenzo, Ruben, the crew, and Ron Bell Inc.

We called Ron Bell and one of his very able workers came over and with a TV monitor looked at every crack and cranny in our roof. Then they submitted a detailed report. The worker spoke to us about it and showed us one of the bad areas. Later Ron Bell called and laid out the plan to fix things. He is clear and polite. Everything inspires confidence about the way his team operates. We did not hesitate to hire him. He came out the next week and fixed everything beautifully. When the house was sold the inspector did not even mention a work about the roof. It was done so well and we were so happy we did the work. I would recommend RON BELL Roofing in a snap to anyone who needs help with their roof.
