poor workmanship, one of the televisions fell off the wall a few weeks later and landed on the dresser below. The brand new television was open on the side from the fall. They came out and reinstalled television that fell and reinforced the other televisions that they mounted. When I commented on the condition of the television, I was told that it was still working. I had to call the office, several times, and eventually the owner agreed to pick up the damaged television and give us a check for the cost of the damaged television. Although we gave a price with tax included, we were given a check for the cost of the television without tax. We also thought the price was way to high for the work that was done. Would not use again.

I highly recommend Razorback Electric, and I would not hesitate to hire them again. Their work was superb. I had a new HVAC system installed, and as soon as the HVAC installers left, the dining room light no longer worked. The HVAC company, AAA Modern Air, refused to acknowledge any responsibility for the light failure. I called Razorback Electric to determine the cause of the lighting failure. The electrician from Razorback Electric quickly diagnosed the problem and sent an invoice stating that the A/C tech had illegally spliced into the lighting circuit when they installed the new A/C. When AAA Modern Air, the HVAC installers, received the Razorback electric statement of their responsibility for the lighting failure, they finally agreed that they were at fault and paid the very reasonable fee of $130 that the Razorback electrician charged to troubleshoot and pinpoint the problem. I highly recommend Razorback Electric. Their electrician did quality, professional work at a reasonable cost.

They were very competent and professional, as well as being very nice. They promptly diagnosed the problem, replaced the faulty parts and our lights work again. I would definitely recommend them.

I called in the morning and they called later with an afternoon opening. They arrived on time and took care of everything, and found and replaced another faulty GFI receptacle. They did all the work under the one-hour service call fee of $130 (plus parts).

They were amazing. They did everything in my house. It was probably a $15,000 job. They were working in my house from August 1st to November 3rd, 2016. The owner is very professional, a really great guy.I would use them again, over and over.

We like Razorback. We've used them many times. We would continue. The thermostat is called the Nest. We can use it online.

We've spent a lot of money with them but we're very happy with them. They've been out within the last 6 months 4 times. We always ask for Mark and his partner. He's impeccable with what we need. We like things done very well and very clean. Everything that they do is so on par. They're not your typical electrical company. They're very high-tech. They know what they're doing. They know how to make things work. Our situation could have been a problem and I don't think that anyone else would have had the idea that Mark had. They can solve the problems that we had with the perfect item.

They did a good job and allowed me to pay the company with a credit card. They were professional and friendy and I would use them again.

I would use them again in the future.

They took down two old fans and put up new ones, replaced some fixtures also, they are very courteous and I highly recommend them
