Excellent. He spent about 45 minutes per piano.

I was charged an additional $160. He did an initial tuning for that $99 and then there was an additional tuning for $160. Which wasn't bad because I didn't really expect to get a piano tuned for $99. I've been around a while. It's more or less like a loss leader type of thing. I'm not one of those customers crying that it was supposed to be $99. A guy is not going to come here and tune a piano for $99. I had no problem paying the additional money. I'm pleased with the service so it's not a problem. I have no complaints. On pricing I'm being very realistic. Anyone who thinks they're going to get a piano tuned for $99 is a fool. I'm being very realistic because there is a lot involved, if a person isn't really trained for that type of thing. My piano was out of tune and I knew that so it wasn't anything that I didn't expect. These are just loss leaders to get you in the door, but I have no problem whatsoever with it. Most definitely I would use them again.

It went very nicely. It just needed a tuning. It was a reasonable price. The quality was excellent. He was good because we had some problems with scheduling both ways and he worked with me on that. I'm going to use them every 6 months. He was good at what he did. He tuned the piano and was very good at it. He didn't make a deal out of it and told me what needed to be done. He was honest.

The service provider is very flexible on schedule planning which made me easier to arrange my time. Work was done in around 70 minutes. Very professional and we like it.

Doug did a good job, very friendly and great to work with. He asked me to try the piano out after he tuned it and inspect the tuning. I did so and found a couple notes just slightly out. He adjusted those and left. After he left I found a couple other notes that were still slightly out, but only a little bit, but I'm picky. Even so, you can't be the price.

It was severely out of tune. He returned a couple of days later to finish the big job. Many thanks to Doug for taking good care of my 80 year old Steinway.

He is extremely knowledgeable and was very patient with my two young children who fired questions at him non stop while he tuned our piano. He really took his time and did a fantastic job. We will be using him again.
