After trying unsuccessfully for several weeks to reach our regular piano tuner, I turned to Angie's List for someone new. Precision Tuning stood out because of all the positive reviews. Doug, the owner, responded right away to my Angie's List message. He is very professional, easy going and thorough. Our piano did need attention, but sounds great now. We will definitely use him again.

Doug is excellent and did a great job with my piano today. He installed several replacement piano strings for strings I had previously broken, and he also tuned the piano. He is very good at what he does. Because the piano had not been tuned in years and also underwent two long-distance household moves, the piano was quite out of tune, and I was initially (before Doug worked on the piano) not sure how feasible it would be for the piano to be tuned all the way up to standard pitch (A440). Nevertheless, after Doug came over to work on the piano, he did indeed accomplish the tuning to standard pitch, and I was very pleased with this. The piano sounds great now. He also did a wonderful job installing the new strings. He answered all the questions I had throughout the process, including questions I had (throughout the days leading up to his visit) about the process of obtaining replacement strings. I was quite satisfied with his work. Thanks Doug!

Mr. Suvall was punctual to our appointment. Ironically he had serviced my upright years ago and we were both surprised that is was in better shape than originally thought. He did a great job and managed to fix a couple of stuck keys. Meticulous and a perfectionist and very friendly and approachable. We agreed to set another appointment for October. I'm really happy with his job.
