It went well. Doug took his time to get our piano where it needed to be.

My piano hadn't been tuned in a very, very long time. Owing to the long time since it was last tuned, I paid him, voluntarily, double what the special price was. He said it was in very good shape, and owing to how long it hadn't been tuned, it would need another tuning in two or three months. He was very honest. He spent a long time on it, and I could tell how much better it was. I had previous lessons at the Peabody Conservatory and was told I had near perfect pitch recognition, so I know he did a great job. I will use him again, to re-tune it according to his recommendations, in 2-3 months.

It was terrific. He was very professional and gave us some good advice. The piano will actually have to be tuned again because it was so badly out of tune and we will use them for that as well.

Doug is a pleasant, easygoing guy who did a fantastic job tuning my piano. I hadn't had it tuned recently and he took the time to really make sure each key was the right pitch. He has a wealth of experience, having tuned pianos for Broadway shows and Billy Joel while living in Manhattan. He does it the old-fashioned, painstaking way which is more accurate than the electronic methods some now use. A couple of keys were sticking and he added weights to get them to work. All in all, it was a wonderful experience and I would definitely use him again.

My previous tuner had left the area so i needed to find another. seeing the good reviews, I chose this one. He arrived on time, was professional, and did a good job. i would certainly recommend him andwill use in the future
