Home Building
We purchased a home from Porten in a small track subdivision. They sold homes to people who couldn't afford them and never should have bought in this sub division. They were foreclosed. They over built and dumped homes under mining exisiting owners investments. They never enforced the HOA covenants leading to many problems and a deterioration of the neighborhood. The neighborhood has drainage problems, undersized gutters, dead 100+ year old trees due to their grading, and carpenter bee problems due to untreated wood being used on decks.
